§ 112.36 RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSE.
   No gambling shall be carried on under any license issued under the provisions of this chapter, except in the name of the licensee. No license shall be effective until a permit shall have been first secured under the laws of the United States, if such a permit is necessary or is required under such laws.
