Any duly authorized representative of the Town Council and any peace officer shall have the right at any time to make an examination or the premises of any licensee to determine whether this chapter and the state’s Card Games Act, being M.C.A. Title 23, Ch. 5, part 3, and Bingo and Raffles Law, being M.C.A. Title 23, Ch. 5, part 4, are being complied with.
