§ 112.33 APPOINTMENT OF HEARINGS EXAMINER.
   Any hearings examiner appointed by the Town Council must be an attorney licensed to practice law in the state. The hearings examiner shall report his or her findings and recommendations to the Town Council in writing following the hearing. The hearings examiner’s findings shall not bind the Town Council.
