§ 112.26 TOWN COUNCIL MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
   (A)   Each applicants shall promptly furnish the Town Council with all additional information pertaining to the application or to the individual applicant which the Town Council may require. Failure to supply the information requested within five days after tho request has been received by the applicant shall constitute grounds for delaying consideration or the application. Failure to supply tho information within two weeks constitutes sufficient grounds for denial.
   (B)   The information may include:
      (1)   Personal history records for each individual partner, joint venturer, trustee or corporate member who has any financial interest direct or indirect in the business entity;
      (2)   Fingerprint cards for each individual financially interested;
      (3)   A copy of each of the following, if applicable:
      (4)   Articles of incorporation and certificate of incorporation;
      (5)   Partnership agreement;
      (6)   Trust agreement;
      (7)   Joint venture agreement;
      (8)   Purchase agreement;
      (9)   Lease agreement;
      (10)   Bill of sale; and
      (11)   Management agreement.
