§ 110.28 INSPECTION AND REGULATION FOR POLICE POWER.
   Every persons are subject to regulation, inspection, control and supervision under the general police power of the town, and all laws in force, or which may hereafter be adopted, in and of such police power and regulation and each and every license shall be subject to suspension and revocation as hereinbefore provided.
