§ 110.27 RESTRICTIONS, SALE OF BEER.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any other person, to sell, dispose of or give away beer to any person who shall appear to be in an intoxicated or disorderly condition, or to allow or permit any person under the age of 19 years or any intoxicated or disorderly person to congregate, be or remain in or upon his or her premises, or to be employed therein.
