If any license issued by the state’s Department of Revenue under the provisions of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Code shall be revoked, or shall be suspended under the provisions of said code, the companion license issued under the provisions of this subchapter, shall be automatically revoked or suspended for the said period, and in the event such action by the state’s Department of Revenue shall, on appeal, be modified or set aside, the suspension or revocation of the license issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall likewise be automatically affected.
