In the case of a conviction of any licensee hereunder of any violation of this subchapter in the Town Court, the Town Judge shall, within ten days thereafter, whether or not an appeal has been taken from the judgment of conviction, transmit to the state’s Department of Revenue, a certified copy of the record of conviction.
