§ 110.21 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Every person required by this subchapter to obtain a license must, before commencing such business, file with the Treasurer an application, in writing, directed to the Council of the town. Such application shall be substantially the same in form as shall be prescribed by the state’s Department of Revenue to carry out the provisions of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Code, being M.C.A. Title 16, Chs. 1 through 6, and must be accompanied by satisfactory evidence that applicant is the owner and holder of a subsisting license or permit issued by said Department under the provisions of said code and at the same location for which application for license is being made.
   (B)   Such application must be accompanied with the license fee specified for the business applied for, and if such applicant must accompany such application with principal’s acknowledgment of such.
