§ 90.24 MUZZLING.
   The Mayor may, by an order and notice posted in three public places within the town or published in the official newspaper of the town at least once, require that all dogs running at large in the streets or alleys of the town be muzzled in such a manner as the order and notice may be prescribed until the order is revoked. Any person having the care and control of a dog within the town, whether owner, keeper or otherwise who shall refuse and neglect to comply with such order and notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
