(a) No watercraft shall discharge, deposit, throw or spill into the waters of the Village any crude petroleum, motor oil, gasoline or other similar volatile flammable oils.
(b) No person shall throw, dump, place, deposit or cause or permit to be thrown, dumped, placed or deposited, any garbage, refuse, vegetable matter, filth or any unwholesome substance or the contents of any watercraft sanitary system into the waters of the Village.
