The Village Harbor Master and every police officer, sheriff, division of parks officer, division of wildlife officer, and all conservancy district officers appointed under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 6101.75, have the authority to enforce the provisions of Title Eleven of this Traffic Code, and in the exercise thereof, have the authority to stop and board any watercraft subject to the terms of Ohio R.C. Chapter 1547.
