(a) The Planning Commission shall organize and adopt rules in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
(b) The Planning Commission shall set a meeting schedule for the year at the first meeting of the year. All meetings of the Planning Commission shall be open to the public. Special Meeting may be called the discretion of the chair or upon the request of the Mayor or Village Administrator. Proper notice will be given of all meetings.
(c) The Planning Commission shall keep minutes of its meetings, public hearings and other proceedings. Said minutes shall be filed in the office of Council and shall be a public
