1323.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The Village of Fairport Harbor shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The Village of Fairport Harbor may contract with the Lake County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
