1313.02 UNSAFE BUILDINGS DECLARED A NUISANCE.

All insecure, unsafe or structurally defective buildings or structures are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be repaired or removed as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 77-53. Passed 7-5-77.)
