Unless otherwise determined and scheduled by a majority of Council, the regular meetings of Council shall be held semi-monthly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month and shall begin at 6:30 p.m. Regular Council meetings shall be located at the Senior Citizen’s Center/Community Center beginning January of 2015 unless Council schedules the meeting at Village Hall. Special meetings of Council shall be held at Village Hall unless Council schedules the meeting at a different location.
