1128.14 FEES.

The Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the Village of Fairport Harbor before the review process begins. The Village of Fairport Harbor engineer shall establish a fee schedule based upon the actual estimated cost for providing these services.
