Handicap accessible parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the following provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) Manual published in July of 1998 by the U.S. Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board for proper design and implementation, and/or the Code of Federal Regulations (28 CFR Part 36) Revised as of July 1, 1994, and all amendments and revisions thereto.
