(a) Any billiard room, game room, poolroom or arcade shall have an adult that is twenty-one (21) years of age or over present on the premises, and supervising same, during all hours of operation.
(b) The interior of any billiard room, game room, pool room or arcade shall provide minimum area per coin-operated billiard table, pool table, amusement table, game or other amusement device equal to the size of same plus a clear area of four feet in front of the subject device.
(c) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed on the premises of any billiard
room, game room, poolroom or arcade.
(d) Order and quiet must be maintained upon the premises so as not to violate the public peace.
(e) No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be permitted upon the premises of any billiard room, game room, pool room or arcade before the hour of 4:00 p.m. on any day the school system that said person attends is in session unless accompanied by said person's parent or legal guardian.
