(a) No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality; except, however, that the hunting of wild ducks through the use of a shotgun, while located not less than two hundred fifty (250) yards north of the Lake Erie shoreline situated within the Village, shall be permitted.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
