§ 152A.092 FILING OF ORDINANCES.
   An ordinance adopted by the Town Council pursuant to §§ 152A.085(D) or 152A.088 of this code shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Robeson County and shall be indexed in the name of the property owner in the grantor index, as provided by G.S. §§ 160A-439(f) and (g).
