§ 50.35  GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The water system of the town shall be under the control of the Board and the duty of prescribing and enforcing full compliance with all rules and regulations governing all connections with the water system shall be vested in the Board or its authorized agent. The water system of the town shall be under the supervision of the Department of Public Works.
