§ 115.16  GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION.
   A regulatory license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked by action of the Board of Commissioners if the Board determines that:
   (A)   The licensee or any interested party has violated any provisions of this chapter or other applicable code provision;
   (B)   The licensee or interested party is convicted of selling intoxicating beverages, narcotic drugs or marijuana on the licensed premises or elsewhere;
   (C)   The licensee or any interested party violates any zoning, building or other code or ordinance as the same applies to the premises;
   (D)   The licensee or any interested party suffers or permits any activity in violation of G.S. Chapter 14, Article 37;
   (E)   The licensee or any interested party suffers or permits the licensed premises to become disorderly or permits any profane, obscene or indecent language thereon;
   (F)   The licensee or any interested party suffers or permits any intoxicating beverages, narcotic drugs or marijuana to be sold or kept or consumed on the licensed premises; or
   (G)   The licensee or any interested party employs, in carrying on the business, any person who has been convicted of violating any gambling laws of the state or of any other state.
