§ 115.15 VOIDANCE; EXCEPTION.

(A) A license issued pursuant to this chapter shall become void if the licensee moves or ceases to operate at the location required to be stated in the application for the license.

(B) However, any licensed computer gaming establishment required to relocate under § 115.06(B) herein above shall not have their license voided due to said relocation.
