§ 115.09 LICENSEE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS AND CONDUCT OF INTERESTED PARTIES.

The acts and conduct of any interested party in the conduct of the business of operating a computer gaming establishment shall be deemed to be the acts and conduct of the licensee.
