§ 115.05 CODES ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.

The Fairmont Codes Enforcement Officer shall ensure that the regulations contained herein shall be enforced; to those ends, the Codes Enforcement Officer may inspect business establishments for compliance.
