(A) No sign shall hereafter be erected or attached to, suspended from, or supported on a building or structure nor shall any existing sign be structurally altered, remodeled or relocated until a zoning permit for same has been issued by the Zoning Administrator, except as otherwise provided herein.
(B) Unless otherwise stated herein, the zoning permit fee shall be $25.
(C) Signs existing at the time of enactment of this chapter are exempted from this requirement.
