§ 50.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UTILITY. The town’s water supply service, sewage disposal service and sanitation (solid waste collection and disposal) service, or any combination of those services.
