§ 152A.114 APPEALS.
   Appeals may be taken from any decision or order of the Codes Enforcement Officer to the town's Zoning Board of Adjustment. Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of the Codes Enforcement Officer shall have the remedies provided in G.S. § 160A-446.
