§ 152A.067 CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS.
   Repairs or demolitions may be made under the supervision of the Housing Inspector; the town may let the same to contract on competitive bids or by private contract if no bids are received. Vacating and closing structures shall also be done under the supervision of the Housing Inspector.
