§ 33.26 WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE.

While undergoing official training and while performing duties on behalf of the city, auxiliary law enforcement personnel shall be entitled to benefits under the North Carolina Worker’s Compensation Act, being G.S. Chapter 97, and to any fringe benefits for which the volunteer personnel qualify.
