§ 33.03 ORGANIZATION; MANAGER CONTROL.

(A) The Police Department of the town shall consist of the Chief of Police and as many other police officers as the Board shall from time to time provide.

(B) The Manager shall have the general control of the Police Department, and may at any time, for cause, suspend from duty any member of the police force.
