(A) Unless otherwise specified herein, commercial poultry houses and hog farms are hereby expressly prohibited within the town’s jurisdiction, to include the area within the town’s extraterritorial jurisdiction as well as within the town’s corporate limits itself.
(B) The term "poultry" shall include chickens, turkeys, geese, and ducks; the term "hog" shall include hogs and pigs.
(C) Commercial poultry houses and hog farms that are in existence at the adoption of this section shall be grand-fathered in as conditional uses.
