§ 31.111 DEPARTMENT HEADS AND ORGANIZATIONS.

   The departmental operating organization of the town shall be divided into the following departments and heads thereof:

   (A)   Department of Finance: Director of Finance;

   (B)   Department of Public Safety (referred to elsewhere as the “Police Department” or “Fire Department”): Director of Public Safety (referred to elsewhere herein as the “Chief of Police” or “Fire Chief”);

   (C)   Tax Department: Tax Collector;

   (D)   Department of Public Works: Director of Public Works; and

   (E)   Department of Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement: Director of Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement.
