§ 154.999  PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined (the current schedule of costs and fees are on file with the Town Clerk) and/or imprisoned for not exceeding 30 days. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
