In addition to the development standards of § 154.218, the carrier will meet the following guidelines except when the wireless provider can demonstrate industry demands otherwise.
(A) Type of wireless telecommunication tower.
(1) Residential agricultural zones shall permit monopoles only.
(2) Commercial districts along highway locations shall permit monopoles or lattice towers.
(3) Industrial districts shall permit monopoles, lattice or guyed towers.
(B) Height of wireless telecommunication towers.
(1) Wireless telecommunication towers shall not exceed 300 feet in residential agricultural districts, in commercial districts along highway corridors and in industrial districts.
(2) Any wireless telecommunication tower shall be located at least 350 feet from any existing structure.
