§ 154.215 INTENT.

Residential agricultural district, and commercial districts in the Town of Fairmont Zoning Chapter will be amended to allow wireless telecommunications towers, wireless antenna arrays, wireless communication facilities (attached), and wireless equipment facilities as a permitted use when they meet the specified criteria as set out below.
