§ 31.095 APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER.

All provisions of this subchapter shall be applicable to all town permanent, temporary and part-time employees and certain provisions shall be applicable to elected officials. Section 31.096 shall not be applicable to part-time officials and special employees or appointees of the Town Board.
