§ 154.180 COMPLAINTS.
Upon the complaint of any person, a public hearing before the Board may be scheduled by the Board of Commissioners to determine what additional conditions, if any, are necessary to protect the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the citizens. After the public hearing, the Board of Commissioners may re-approve the conditional use permit. Upon a finding that there has been an increase in volume, intensity or frequency of use different from that set forth in the site operation plan submitted at the time of application, or that there has been significant change in the area, rendering the use detrimental to the public health, safety, welfare or morals of the community, the Board of Commissioners may modify, suspend or revoke the conditional use permit.
