§ 154.136 R-MH RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   The high density R-MH district permits mobile home parks in areas designated and developed as a mobile home park.
   (B)   The following uses are permitted: Mobile home parks, subject to conditions listed under § 154.009.
   (C)   The following additional conditional uses are permitted when authorized by the Town Board after the Board holds a public hearing. Each request shall be reviewed by the Planning Board for their comments prior to submission to the Town Board: None.
   (D)   With the R-MH residential district as shown on the zoning map, the following dimensional requirements shall be complied with:
      (1)   Area, yard and height requirements shall be provided as required in § 154.162.
      (2)   Off-street parking shall be provided as required in §§ 154.032 through 154.034.
