§ 154.115 USE DISTRICTS NAMED.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the Town of Fairmont shall hereby divide into use districts with the designation and purposed as listed below:

   (A)   R-A rural-agricultural residential;

   (B)   R-20 residential;

   (C)   R-15 residential;

   (D)   R-10 residential;

   (E)   R-8 residential;

   (F)   R-5 residential;

   (G)   R-MH mobile home park residential;

   (H)   C-B central business;

   (I)   G-B general business;

   (J)   N-B neighborhood business;

   (K)   G-M general manufacturing;

   (L)   FW floodway; and

   (M)   FF flood fringe.
