§ 154.048 PUBLIC HEARING.
   The Mayor shall schedule a public hearing on the application for a conditional use permit to be held within 60 days after the application is filed. A notice of the public hearings shall be given once a week for 2 successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the town, the notice to be published the first time not less than 10 days and that all owners of properties immediately adjacent thereto, either in the rear thereof or on either side thereof extending 500 feet from the street frontage of opposite lots. That certified mailing shall include schedule of Planning Board meeting date to allow comments from property owners.
