§ 154.013 TERRITORIAL APPLICATION.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply within the corporate limits of the Town of Fairmont and within the territory beyond the corporate limits as prescribed by G.S. 160A-19, as now or hereafter fixed, up to a distance of 1 mile in all directions.
