§ 153.59 OVERSIZED IMPROVEMENTS.

The Town of Fairmont may require installation of certain oversized facilities such as water mains in excess of 6 inches in diameter, when it is in the interest of future development. The Town of Fairmont shall pay for that portion of the improvement which exceeds the standards set forth in this chapter.
