§ 153.55  DESIGN STANDARDS FOR LOTS.
   The lot size, width, depth, shape and orientation, and the minimum building setback lines shall be appropriate for the location of the subdivision and for the type of development and use contemplated.
   (A)   All subdivisions shall be subject to Chapter 154. Lots in subdivisions located within a district specified by Chapter 154 shall meet and conform to all lot size, dimensions and building setback requirements of the zoning chapter.
   (B)   Orientation of residential lot lines. Side lot lines shall be substantially at right angles or radial to street lines.
   (C)   Frontage on roads. Each lot shall have frontage on a road.
   (D)   Large tracts or parcels. Where land is subdivided into larger parcels than ordinary building lots,  parcels should be so arranged so as to allow for the opening of future streets and logical further resubdivision.
