§ 31.020 AUTHORIZATION PLAN TO BE ESTABLISHED.
   The Board shall establish an official position authorization plan by departments for the town. This authorization plan shall include all permanently authorized personnel positions except those exempted in § 31.001 and shall be kept on file in the town Personnel Department.
