§ 153.03  JURISDICTION.
   These regulations shall govern all subdivision of land, excepting those platted and recorded prior to the effective date of this chapter, within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Town of Fairmont, North Carolina, as now or hereafter established.
