§ 150.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

The Legislature of the State of North Carolina has in G.S. §§ 143B-452, 160A-193, 160A-198 and 160A-11 et seq., delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Fairmont, Robeson County, North Carolina does ordain as follows.
