§ 113.08  ISSUANCE AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon approval of the application for a license required by § 113.05 by the Board of Commissioners, the Clerk shall issue a privilege regulatory license to the applicant.

   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of all interested parties to ensure that the license required by this chapter be prominently displayed within the business.
