§ 112.04 BADGE.

   (A)   The Clerk shall issue to each person filing the statement required by § 112.03 a badge substantially as follows:

   SOLICITOR’S BADGE

      _____________has registered with the Town Clerk as required by Ordinance.

   (B)   During the time the person is engaged in soliciting, the badge shall be worn on the front of his or her outer garment in a manner as to be conspicuous.
